Boarding ramps are now available at 19 more stations across the Tube network. The ramps are used to bridge the gap between platform and train for customers using wheelchairs and mobility scooters. They were first used during the London 2012 Games at 16 stations. This film shows you how the ramps work and how to use them. To plan accessible journeys, use the Journey Planner at tfl.gov.uk where you can also order a copy of the step-free Tube guide. Published on Sep 9, 2013 More about assisted travel in London here
