Injuries from accidental falls have become epidemic, but little has been done to help people learn how to fall. The website gives links to online resources, one of which is a free introduction to a course and has several helpful video clips: http://www.thebalancemanual.com/ • • There is no video link here, but I feel so strongly about this issue, and at the time I could find no comparable work being done.
