Carers Trust: Personal Budgets

What On Earth Are Personal Budgets? This is the name of a training course designed by the Carers Trust to explain how 'Personalisation' can benefit both carers and those they care for. It was piloted at a number of Carers' Centres throughout England and this video shows how it was received by the carers who attended, as well as the Local Authority and Carers' Centre staff who were involved in running the pilots.
