Freedom Wheels - Isobella and LaLa Belle

Technical Aid to the Disabled Qld provides a Freedom Wheels program for children who find riding a 2 wheel bike difficult because of balance problems or other disabilities. The Freedom Wheels program allows a child to try the different components that can be added to a standard 2 wheel bike.
