A good knot for tying shoe laces

The video starts with the Poll Hitch (though I imagine it might also be spelled Pole), but it's the second knot, the Turquoise Turtle Knot that is so useful when you come to tie your shoe or boot laces. It stays done up, and is easy to undo when you want to.
