I (John Beck) use this Mirrorhat to put in my Glaucoma drops. For an older person it is much easier to do the job lying down, rather than standing up in front of a mirror and trying to look up at the ceiling. • • Uploaded on 21 Nov 2011

If you don't have your own custom-built mirror hat (love it!) I suggest you search online for Flexible Long Arm Clamp Holder Phone 50mm - and use the 'include description' button. Buy a couple, and you can then set up mirror and torch light where you need them.
