A note about Coasthopper buses from http://www.norfolkgreen.co.uk/about/index.aspx: Our investment in our fleet means that virtually all of our passengers travel on modern buses without steps and with special areas on board for wheelchairs and buggies. At busy times our driver may ask you to fold down your buggy when on board for safety reasons, and passengers in wheelchairs have priority over this area at all times. We are unable to accept bikes or mobility scooters are also turned away because of their size, weight and instability when the bus is cornering. A guide to taking buggies and wheelchairs on to our buses is available from drivers. In the extremely unlikely event that a step-free bus is unavailable we may have to substitute our one remaining older bus with steps.
